NEMT, also known as Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, is defined as a transportation service to individuals who are not in an emergency situation but need more assistance than a taxi service is able to provide. These services are specially equipped to transport riders in wheelchairs, stretchers or those with special needs.
It may vary, but typically we cover Treatments, Dental Screening and Labs, Doctor's Appointments, Therapy Sessions, Physicals & Preventative Visits among others.
However, before booking our services, contact your insurance company to see if NEMT services is part of your plan.
We also accept all major credit cards. No cash will be accepted.
Currently, we are allowing service and emotional support dogs per the ADA Requirements and ADA Service Animal Factsheet.
We typically schedule rides a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If you need a ride within 24 hours, please call us directly for more assistance.
Depending on your insurance type and company, you may have access to non-emergency medical transportation services. The covered services may vary from company to company, but typically insurance will offer services for the following medical visits:

Yes. One assistant, such as parent/guardian or spouse, may accompany a beneficiary on a trip provided by Allen & Greene. However, transportation is not available for more than one assistant.
To schedule a ride, please use the booking form provided on the website. Be sure to include any special needs.
You can cancel a booking on the website, please note, cancelations should be done no less than 3 hours ahead of pickup. If less than 3 hours a cancellation fee of $35 will be applied. If trip is canceled upon the arrival of the driver, a fee of $50 will be applied.
Should you need to go to multiple places, please indicate when scheduling. Our drivers would not be able to accommodate you, if not done at initial booking. Please be aware that a charge of $10 per place would be added to your total cost, in addition to a $1 per minute wait time.

No. We are not an ambulance, as that would be for medical emergencies. IF YOU NEED AN AMBULANCE, PLEASE DIAL 911 IMMEDIATELY.
Unfortunately, stopping to get food or run errands in between rides will not be accommodated.
We cover Franklin, Delaware, Pickaway, Madison, Fayette, Fairfield and Licking Counties.
Rides for weekends and public holidays are only done on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, we do. We may require proof though. The discounts are given at our discretion.
