Our drivers are professionals who are deeply committed to safety. Each driver is CPR and First Aid certified and has undergone specific training for wheelchair securement. They meet all state licensing requirements and are selected for their courteous, compassionate nature.

Yes. We understand that mobility needs vary, and our fleet includes vehicles equipped to safely transport individuals in wheelchairs. When you call to schedule medical transportation, please let us know if you or your loved one requires wheelchair access so we can dispatch the appropriate vehicle.

To guarantee reliable medical transportation at your desired time, we suggest scheduling your ride at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. However, we understand that urgent appointments arise, and we will do our best to accommodate short-notice requests whenever our schedule permits.

We primarily operate on a private pay basis but do accept Medicaid and Medicaid Molina. Please note, we do NOT accept Medicaid Part B. We recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to ask if they can cover the cost of using Allen and Green as your preferred transportation company.
